The Young Shin Meridian 170S and 185S flatbed diecutters have been specifically designed and engineered to masterfully address the requirements of tight registration. With an economical price point, the Meridian series incorporates advanced productivity tools such as a pre make-ready table (chase turner) and high-pile batch delivery. The Meridian’s spike-driven technology allows for the processing of intricate diecutting requirements. 	SHEET TRANSFER STYLE (SPIKE) Efficient sheet-transfer of warped thick sheet by spike style.
	FEEDING SECTION Precise feeding of board by suction device. Motorized feeder settings (inlet, side and rear).
	TOUCH SCREEN Clear and simple readings ensure quick fault finding. Operator-friendly controls for easy adjustments. Machine position read out.
	DIE CUTTING SECTION Form can be changed in a very short timeframe. Soft plate system is available. Knuckle system applies maximum cutting pressure. Center line system used for quick order change.
	STRIPPING SECTION Center line is utilized for rapid set ups. Triple action stripping (upper, middle and bottom) is employed. New style upper stripping frame allows for quick order changes.
	GRIPPER EDGE REMOVAL DEVICE Full stripping is achieved with the unit’s integrated gripper edge removal device. Discharging gripper edge by auto conveyor.
	DELIVERY SYSTEM An automatic counter ensures batch delivery. Non-stop delivery is available via the roller conveyor system. Side and back guides provide perfect stacking.
