The STOCK LithoLiner is a newly designed, high performance reel-to-sheet laminator for the corrugated and folding carton industries. The system provides the lamination of a single face corrugated web with offset printed sheets providing the structural integrity of a corrugated box combined with the image quality of a litho printed sheet. Single face corrugated web feeding can be provided from a reel (offline production) or from a single face corrugator (inline production). In its complete configuration, the STOCK LithoLiner is able to laminate offset printed sheets onto a single face web, as well as pre-printed (flexo) liner web onto a single face web. The system includes “on-the-fly” register system without the mechanical stops of the printed sheets. A fully automatic line is equipped with a Mabeg printed sheet feeder, a single sheet and compression belt and a non-stop stacking system with or without a batch inverter. Additional options also include a pallet conveyor system for the automatic pallet change.
