STOCK SLOTF
The STOCK SLOTF sheet to sheet laminating machine offers impressive production of over 10,000 sheets per hour of single and double face corrugated up to double-double open and closed flute as well as solid board. The standard registration for the high-speed mode is +/- 1/32” with a high registration mode available of +/- 1/64”.

The newly designed STOCK SLOTF is a fully automatic sheet laminator for flush sheet mounting with tight registration. The unit can operate in high-production mode offering on-the-fly registration without additional mechanical sheet adjustments.
The SLOTF features Servo technology that allows the unit to be set-up in under 10 minutes.
The highly-efficient technology accommodates mounting displays that require precise accuracy, as well as single face corrugated board that can be run at 10,000+ sheets per hour.
The STOCK SLOTF incorporates a Mabeg feed head allowing for precise adjustments implemented via a motorized push button system with position indicator. The suction head utilizes a direct drive.
The laminating section includes a gluing unit offering substrate transport. The label section has a double sheet detector with a pull side lay to increase registration.
The substrate sheet feeder is non-stop. Other available options include a high pile feeder with pallet logistics.
The STOCK SLOTF also offers an automatic non-stop sheet delivery stacker with optional sheet inverter to help eliminate warped sheets.
